Our construction company is seeking a mainline operator that is self-motivating and has experience in underground utilities and earthwork. 

Requirements and skills

• Have at least 5 years of experience with heavy civil work or underground utilities
• Have 5 yrs minimum experience as a mainline equipment operator
• Ability to operate various equipment for general site preparation such as but not limited to excavators, backhoes, loaders, and rollers.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water and tires.
• Knowledge with grades, slopes, compaction and drainage
• Comfortable installing underground utilities
• Be able to direct and lead a team when supervisor is not present
• Proven record of punctuality and good attendance
• Be able to work at multiple sites within the Greater Seattle Area
