We are looking for a skilled Pipe Layer to join our team. The Pipe Layer will be responsible for installing and repairing underground pipes such as sewer and drainage pipes, and other types of piping systems. 

We are a site development company that does anything from demo, clearing, grading, excavation and underground utilities including storm, fire lines sewer and water. Our projects are located in the greater Seattle area.

Requirements and skills

The ideal candidate will have previous pipe laying experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow complex blueprints and instructions.

• Install and repair underground pipes such as sewer, water, and drainage pipes.
• Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
• Connect pipe pieces and seal joints, using welding equipment, cement, or glue.
• Cover pipes with earth or other materials.
• Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing.
• Use equipment to break old forms and structures.
• Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and under budget.

Our construction company is seeking a heavy equipment operator that is self-motivating and has experience in underground utilities and earthwork. 

Requirements and skills

• Have at least 3 years of experience with heavy civil work or underground utilities
• Operates various equipment for general site preparation such as but not limited to excavators, backhoes, loaders, and rollers.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water and tires.
• Knowledge with grades, slopes, compaction and drainage
• Comfortable installing underground utilities
• Be able to direct and lead a team when supervisor is not present
• Proven record of punctuality and good attendance

Our construction company is seeking a solo driver to deliver high-quality products to our jobsites. All drivers are expected to comply with the regulations regarding hours of service and other guidelines set forth by the DOT, as well as maintaining their vehicle at all times.

Our projects are in the greater Seattle area. 

Responsibilities

· Safely operate a variety of trucks, including dump trucks

· Transport goods and materials to and from specified locations

· Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery

· Load and unload cargo onto a tilt tailor

· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition

· Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information

Qualifications

· Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated

· Minimum of 1 year of experience driving trucks

· Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus

· Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers is preferred

· Ability to load and unload various types of equipment

· Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

· Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
